This website was created by Amy Lovisa Frame using Wix.com. I (Amy) am a sole trader who runs my art business on my own, and am not a website designer, but I have done my best to make my website accessible by doing the below:

 

- All images should have alt text that describe what is in the image.

- There are no videos, animations, gifs or audios on the website that could be overwhelming, confusing or create issues with accessibility technology.

- The website is structured in a way that is clear and hopefully easy to follow. I am myself diagnosed with ASD, and I have done my best to keep the website structured in a way that makes it easy to understand.

- Text elements pass the contrast requirements

- Background colours are muted and calm to avoid strain

- Information is not given through only colour, instead text is used.

- Link and button text is descriptive as to where it leads

- The website should still function well when zoomed in

 

The webshop interface, menus and purchasing portals are pre-designed templates from Wix.com.

 

Wix.com also ensures the following accessibility features:

 

- Keyboard operability

- Defining ARIA attributes for Wix elements

- Focus indicators

- 'Skip to main content' links
